Vermont State Police are continuing their investigation of an incident that occurred on November 8, 2011 at approximately 2047 hours in which a 13 pound rock was dropped off the north side of the West Milton Bridge striking the windshield of a tractor trailer truck traveling southbound near the construction zone. The impact of the object caused significant damage to the vehicle and serious injuries to the operator.
